TRAVEL BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

  • You can get to De Vere Wokefield Estate by train.
  • The nearest train station is Reading. The train station is 7.7 miles from De Vere Wokefield Estate. From Reading train station, we recommend getting a taxi to De Vere Wokefield Estate.
  • The local railway station is Mortimer station, located approximately 5 minutes away, however we advise pre-booking a taxi from this station to Wokefield Estate as the route is not suitable for pedestrians.
  • A new non-stop service to London Paddington takes just 45 minutes using the Elizabeth Line.

PARKING

  • We have a car park. There are accessible parking spaces. The parking is less than 50 metres from the main entrance. Parking is free.
  • There is a drop-off point at the main entrance. The drop-off point has a dropped kerb.
  • From the car park to the entrance, there is level access.


SHUTTLE TRANSFERS

To make your journey easier, we will be providing complimentary shuttle transfers between Reading Station and Wokefield Estate on the morning of the event.

  • Morning Transfers (Reading Station → Wokefield Estate):
    The first vehicle will be ready to depart from Reading Station at 08:00, with additional vehicles departing at short intervals until 09:15. Each driver will wait until their vehicle is full before leaving.
  • Availability:
    Transfers will operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with a total of 50 seats available. We kindly encourage delegates to arrive early within the transfer window to secure a seat.

Please note that transfers will only be provided from Reading Station to Wokefield Estate in the morning. Delegates are kindly requested to arrange their own return transport after the event.
