Dolly serves as C40’s Senior Manager for Air Quality. Dolly leads C40’s Air Quality Network, developing a strategy to bring global cities together to share knowledge, best practice and solutions to improve international air quality, public health and equity to put cities on a path towards meeting World Health Organisation Air Quality Guidelines and the commitments of the Paris Agreement.

Previously, Dolly worked for the Mayor of London, where, as a Senior Policy Officer, led a flagship project for the European Commission, Hydrogen for Innovative Vehicles (HyFIVE) under two political administrations. Coordinating global vehicle manufacturers, Dolly was at the forefront of developing solutions to improve air quality and mitigate climate change in London and other major European cities, through implementing a network of zero-emission vehicles and hydrogen refuelling stations. Dolly concurrently managed air quality communications for the Mayor’s environment team, promoting the T-Charge and Ultra Low Emission Zone policies, including the delivery of London’s Low Emission Bus Zones and School Air Quality Audit programme. Dolly is learning to speak Swedish and has an interest in urban design having recently contributed to Arup’s ‘Cities Alive: Designing for Urban Childhoods’ report.
