Graham Carter is Managing Director of Wireless International Consultants Ltd. and works with the global wireless ecosystem to identify and manage cross-functional collaborative groups. Through his engagement with mobile operators, wireless infrastructure, user equipment and automotive OEMs as well as technology innovators, system and component suppliers, he is instrumental in formulating activities which drive the industry forward.

He acts as Technical Director for the International Wireless Industry Consortium (IWPC) and prior to this was responsible for defining the global platform strategy within Agere Systems and Infineon Technologies Mobile Device Division, which became part of Intel Mobile Communications. He was also a member of the Bluetooth SIG Board of Directors at that time.

As a founder of Red-M, a successful start-up, pioneering advanced wireless networking solutions which was spun-out of Madge Networks, one of the world’s leading computer networking companies, he was Global Product Line Manager for
high-volume IT/Networking products.

Graham was originally a Design Engineer for Pye TMC in the UK, which became part of Philips Electronics, where he spent the next 15 years in various international roles, including International Marketing Manager for Philips Communications in Eindhoven, the Netherlands; Regional Manager for the Asia Pacific region; and Business Development Manager for new markets in Central and Eastern Europe.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, Marketing & Technology Management from Pace University – Lubin School of Business.
