Aleksander graduated from the University of Southampton, UK in 2015 with a MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics as a scholar of the Fahrenheit Scholarship awarded by the Mayor of his hometown Gdansk, Poland. Having completed engineering internships in Kenya and England, Aleksander joined Ford in Cologne, Germany and became the Predictive Dynamic Bending Light’s feature owner. Having delivered the feature to the market, Aleksander along with Thomas Erber and Janos Golumba began employing AI methods to improve the on-road feature performance.
